Bia Kid (build those bones) smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Full of Mixed Berries-you can use frozen
- Strawberry
- Raspberry
- Blackberry
- 2 Tablespoons of Pumpkin/Sunflower/Sesame seeds (presuming no allergies present)
- 1 Tablespoon of Oat flakes or Quinoa Flakes or Millet Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons of live Natural or fruit Yoghurt (fortified soya or dairy yogurt)
- A Cup of Milk ( fortified soya or dairy milk)
- A Teaspoon of Udo's Oil-(optional but a good source of omega 3,6 & 9)
Blend all in a liquidiser for 60 seconds or until really smooth. If too thick, add a little iced water. Have all ingredients cold to start with.
